So we went to pick up an jacket for a friend. They had told us it would be $40.00. We were happy when the sale sign showed them for $29.99. After standing in line for 15 minutes the clerk charged us $47. I went back to look at the sign and sure enough it said "& up" on it. I have no idea how my wife and I both missed it.
